Barn and Indoor Arena
In designing the boarding and training facilities, we called upon our many years of experience boarding
and training in other facilities to create a comfortable and practical facility for people to come and
enjoy their horses. The buildings at Silvercryst Farm are designed to offer area horse people a place
to learn, or simply enjoy their horses in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere designed to enhance
learning and discipline. |

Interior of Indoor Arena
Our 70’ X 160’ arena has a full wall of mirrors & excellent sand footing to assist in your training &
riding. You’ll have plenty of natural light during the day and bright, well-placed lights for evening
or rainy day rides. In addition to providing natural light, the large windows that line 3 walls open
to provide fresh air and ventilation in warmer months. If riding outdoors is your passion, a new sand
ring has been added and miles of wooded trails are available for exploration. |

Matted 12’ x 12’ box stalls with, grills at front & sides, and plenty of windows for light and air
create a comfortable and relaxing environment for your horse. |

Drop Down Stall Fronts in Every Stall
Drop-down stall fronts enable your horse to visit and to and to keep up on the goings on around the
stable. |

Individual Drinking Fountains in Every Stall
Individual drinking fountains ensure a constant supply of fresh cool water from the on site well. |

Wide Cobblestone Aisles
Cobblestone textured aisles offer an open and attractive look, but more importantly, provide good, safe
traction for the horses. |

Lighted Tack/Farrier Station
Several convenient tack areas with movable saddle racks are provided in the aisles. This particular
station was designed with special lighting and mats to help with farrier or vet visits, or for getting
your horse ready for shows. |

Heated, Hot/Cold Wash Stall
This convenient wash stall has hot and cold water to prepare your horse for a show, or just give him a
splash-off after work. An overhead heater enables bathing during any season. |

Climate-Controlled Tack Room
Our tack room has individual lockers to keep your grooming supplies & tack neat and organized. This
room is climate-controlled to help keep away mold. We also have a sink and convenient racks so you
can keep tack clean without lugging it home and back. |

Lounge with Large Windows for Viewing the Indoor Arena
We wanted these facilities to provide a comfortable place for owners and their families, as well as
their horses. Our spacious, comfortable lounge and viewing area have heat in the winter & air
conditioning in the summer. |

Kitchenette
Enjoy a "Club-like" atmosphere with kitchen facilities for coffee, tea, as well as a fridge &
microwave your lunch. |
 |
Restroom and Shower
We recognize that your time is precious and slipping off to spend some time with your equine companion
must sometimes happen between other commitments. Our restroom facilities include a shower if you need
to freshen up and be off to other appointments without the need to return home. |
