Dressage Clinic with Nancy Later Lavoie

Wednesday, July 20, 2016

Nancy Later Lavoie, a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist, has studied the art of dressage extensively in the U.S. and Germany.  She brings the experience of world level competition and training to her daily training and teaching routine. Nancy believes that our goal is harmony with our horses and education is the key to long term success.  Her philosophy is that dressage is a beautiful and fascinating art, but without correct education it is frustrating and confusing.  She has dedicated her career to educating those who come to her to become thoughtful and successful riders.

Nancy is the Region 8 Jr. / Young Rider coordinator.  She provides numerous educational opportunities for riders in our area and enjoys helping horses that have had difficulty in their training. For more about Nancy CLICK HERE.

Adult Dressage Camp

"Finding Your Potential"
August 5-7, 2016

Open to all levels.  English & Western riders welcome!  Limited stalls available.

Join us for Lessons, Lectures, Learning...and a little laughter, too!  Adult Camp helps riders identify their potential using exercises that encourage horses to work through their bodies, while becoming more obedient and supple.

By understanding their potential, riders will be able to:

• Determine more realistic long term goals
• Set appropriate short term goals
• Continue the learning with specific exercises at home
• Practice better communication with their horse

Ann Marie Gregoire shares her expertise to bring out the best in each horse & rider. Various packages available depending on the number of days you participate. Fri dinner provided, lunches included. Open to English & Western riders. Stabling available. Auditors always welcome! Have fun learning in a supportive environment.

This program is directed toward identifying the potential of the horse and rider through the understanding of training and the training scale.  Click link below for full schedule & registration.
